La transacci\u00f3n entrar\u00e1 en vigencia de inmediato y se espera que se complete el 30 de septiembre. Al cerrar, Powersines continuar\u00e1 brindando un servicio de soporte a Ortea. \u201cNos complace completar esta adquisici\u00f3n de una manera tan positiva.
