El nuevo cuadro corrige el factor de potencia de una de las prensas m\u00e1s grandes de Italia (16,000 toneladas), y se coloca al lado de un FD25\/S MULTIm\u00e1tic de 1200kvar que maneja el manipulador (capaz de manejar piezas de hasta 100 toneladas).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque la prensa y el manipulador son muy r\u00e1pidos, la correcci\u00f3n del factor de potencia es muy veloz gracias a la inserci\u00f3n de los tiristores est\u00e1ticos: juntos, pueden entregar casi 4000A en menos de 100 ms y sin generar transitorios molestos para el sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gracias a esta importante correcci\u00f3n del factor de potencia, los transformadores que alimentan esta secci\u00f3n del sistema (4x3150kVA) se liberan del \u00abesfuerzo\u00bb de llevar toda la potencia reactiva inductiva necesaria para los motores a bordo de la prensa y del manipulador, lo que reduce el estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico y mec\u00e1nico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los indestructibles condensadores de papel bimetalizados que equipan los dos paneles tambi\u00e9n se han apreciado en este entorno de \u00abindustria pesada\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La correcci\u00f3n del factor de potencia: una excelente soluci\u00f3n para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la calidad de la energ\u00eda de las plantas industriales.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puesta en marcha de un sistema de correcci\u00f3n del factor de potencia ICAR MULTImatic FD25\/S de 1500kvar en una gran empresa de hierro forjado.
