{"id":12756,"date":"2024-07-11T17:33:01","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T15:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.orteanext.com\/case\/2-isolation-transformers-for-dual-power-upss\/"},"modified":"2025-12-05T11:25:04","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T10:25:04","slug":"2-transformateurs-disolation-pour-des-onduleurs-a-double-alimentation","status":"publish","type":"case","link":"https:\/\/www.orteanext.com\/fr\/case-histories\/2-transformateurs-disolation-pour-des-onduleurs-a-double-alimentation\/","title":{"rendered":"2 transformateurs d&rsquo;isolation pour des onduleurs \u00e0 double alimentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>LE CLIENT<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise qui nous a demand\u00e9 une solution est un client italien de longue date d&rsquo;Ortea, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les alimentations sans interruption (ASI) pour l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>LE BESOIN<\/h3>\n<p>Le client a formul\u00e9 une demande techniquement difficile : fournir une s\u00e9rie de transformateurs UPS \u00e0 double alimentation destin\u00e9s au march\u00e9 oriental et donc avec une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;alimentation de 60 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>NOTRE SOLUTION<\/h3>\n<p>Cette exigence a conduit \u00e0 la conception de deux transformateurs en cuivre \u00e0 r\u00e9actance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et \u00e0 secondaire en zig-zag, dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un double primaire en triangle. La configuration en zig-zag du secondaire permet d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer les courants de phase renvoy\u00e9s au primaire, ce qui r\u00e9duit le risque de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres caus\u00e9s par des charges d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9es ou des perturbations du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique. En outre, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette configuration du transformateur, la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de l&rsquo;onduleur est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, ce qui r\u00e9duit les effets n\u00e9fastes des perturbations et des d\u00e9fauts sur le r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9actance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e r\u00e9duit le courant de court-circuit, prot\u00e9geant ainsi le transformateur et les autres composants du syst\u00e8me. En outre, la r\u00e9actance agit comme un filtre, r\u00e9duisant les harmoniques dans le r\u00e9seau, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les composantes de fr\u00e9quence ind\u00e9sirables dans la forme d&rsquo;onde \u00e9lectrique qui peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9es par des charges non lin\u00e9aires dans le syst\u00e8me. La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une r\u00e9actance peut att\u00e9nuer certaines de ces harmoniques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;aspect principal de cette configuration technologique r\u00e9side dans le choix de deux primaires delta s\u00e9par\u00e9es, li\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de deux sources d&rsquo;alimentation s\u00e9par\u00e9es et isol\u00e9es \u00e0 la m\u00eame tension, ce qui permet la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me ASI avec une configuration \u00ab\u00a0double entr\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0double alimentation\u00a0\u00bb. Dans un tel syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation, l&rsquo;ASI est con\u00e7u pour recevoir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de deux sources d&rsquo;alimentation et passer automatiquement de l&rsquo;une \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre en cas de d\u00e9faillance ou d&rsquo;interruption de l&rsquo;une des sources. Cela permet d&rsquo;assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation des charges critiques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de deux primaires delta s\u00e9par\u00e9es peut \u00eatre un choix de conception sp\u00e9cifique pour accommoder deux sources distinctes, chacune pouvant avoir des caract\u00e9ristiques et des param\u00e8tres l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rents. La s\u00e9paration des primaires delta permet d&rsquo;isoler les deux sources et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les flux de courant ind\u00e9sirables entre elles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
