En effet, la ligne d&rsquo;alimentation aurait un courant de court-circuit de l&rsquo;ordre de 30 kA, avec le risque de compromettre l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de secours et la continuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation dans des conditions critiques.<\/p>\n<h3>NOTRE SOLUTION<\/h3>\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me critique, il a fallu installer une r\u00e9actance limitateurs, capable d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance du circuit et de limiter les courants de d\u00e9faut \u00e0 des valeurs compatibles avec les caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;onduleur.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 noyau ferromagn\u00e9tique, sujets \u00e0 une saturation magn\u00e9tique lors des pics de courant, la r\u00e9actance \u00e0 l&rsquo;air conserve sa valeur inductive m\u00eame en pr\u00e9sence de fortes sollicitations. Cela est possible car la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;air ne varie pas avec le courant, garantissant une r\u00e9ponse stable et pr\u00e9visible m\u00eame en cas de court-circuit.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9actance fournie a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue sur mesure par Ortea, avec l&rsquo;aide de simulations magn\u00e9tiques avanc\u00e9es utilisant l&rsquo;analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEM). Cette approche a permis :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D&rsquo;\u00e9tudier la distribution du champ magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;armoire m\u00e9tallique IP31.<\/li>\n<li>De minimiser les inductances mutuelles entre les trois phases.<\/li>\n<li>De r\u00e9duire les pertes suppl\u00e9mentaires localis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Optimiser la distance entre les bobines.<\/li>\n<li>Garantir des performances fiables et s\u00fbres m\u00eame dans les conditions de d\u00e9faillance les plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e9actance a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans une armoire IP31 pesant environ 200 kg et mesurant 600 x 900 x 2100 mm, parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;environnement technique de la sous-station.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
