D\u00e9couvrez l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;Ortea dans une sous-station m\u00e9tropolitaine.<\/p>\n<h2>CONTEXTE D\u2019APPLICATION ET PROBL\u00c9MATIQUE TECHNIQUE<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est de limiter le courant de court-circuit \u00e0 8kA pendant 100 ms pour l\u2019UPS d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux services d\u2019urgence. En effet, la ligne d\u2019alimentation pr\u00e9senterait sinon un courant de court-circuit de l\u2019ordre de 30kA, mettant en p\u00e9ril l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de secours et la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation dans des conditions critiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pallier ce probl\u00e8me, l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;une r\u00e9actance limitatrice a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire, afin d\u2019<strong>augmenter l\u2019imp\u00e9dance du circuit et de contenir les courants de d\u00e9faut<\/strong> \u00e0 des niveaux compatibles avec les caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019UPS.<\/p>\n<h2>POURQUOI UNE R\u00c9ACTANCE \u00c0 AIR<\/h2>\n<p>Contrairement aux r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 noyau ferromagn\u00e9tique, qui sont sujets \u00e0 la saturation magn\u00e9tique en cas de pics de courant, <strong>la r\u00e9actance \u00e0 air conserve sa valeur inductive m\u00eame sous de fortes contraintes<\/strong>. Cela est possible car la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique de l\u2019air ne varie pas avec le courant, garantissant ainsi une r\u00e9ponse stable et pr\u00e9visible m\u00eame en cas de court-circuit.<\/p>\n<h2>CONCEPTION AVANC\u00c9E AVEC SIMULATION FEM<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9actance fournie a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue sur mesure par Ortea, avec le soutien de simulations magn\u00e9tiques avanc\u00e9es bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019<strong>analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEM)<\/strong>.
