{"id":9933,"date":"2024-03-12T09:29:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T08:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.orteanext.com\/nouvelles\/2-oxygen-pronti-a-compensare-i-buchi-di-tensione-nel-settore-automotive\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T14:47:01","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T13:47:01","slug":"2-oxygen-prets-a-compenser-les-creux-de-tension-dans-le-secteur-automobile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.orteanext.com\/fr\/compensateurs-de-creux-de-tension\/2-oxygen-prets-a-compenser-les-creux-de-tension-dans-le-secteur-automobile\/","title":{"rendered":"2 OXYGEN PR\u00caTS \u00c0 COMPENSER LES CREUX DE TENSION DANS LE SECTEUR AUTOMOBILE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le test d&rsquo;acceptation en usine (FAT) sur la livraison de deux unit\u00e9s OXYGEN 500-15-50K s&rsquo;est achev\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce test nous a permis de confirmer les performances de notre solution technologique, en soulignant son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans l&rsquo;usine du client, conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications requises.<\/p>\n<p>Le client, qui effectue des tests sur les moteurs \u00e9lectriques pour l&rsquo;un des principaux fabricants de voitures en Allemagne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfait de la solution Ortea et envisage de reproduire l&rsquo;installation de cette technologie dans 4 autres unit\u00e9s de production.<\/p>\n<p>Oxygen, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un dimensionnement ad\u00e9quat des composants de puissance et \u00e0 une vitesse de r\u00e9ponse remarquable\u00a0(&lt;3 millisecondes), est capable de compenser des creux de tension pouvant durer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une minute.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e directement sur le r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Les compensateurs de creux de tension fournis, d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 500kVA, sont capables de couvrir des creux de tension jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% de la valeur nominale (-50% pendant 1 minute), ils stabilisent \u00e9galement la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans une plage de \u00b115%, avec une pr\u00e9cision de la tension de sortie de \u00b10,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement au mod\u00e8le standard, Oxygen K comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disjoncteur d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Disjoncteur de sortie<\/li>\n<li>Ligne de d\u00e9rivation manuelle avec disjoncteur verrouill\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>D\u00c9FINITION DE LA CREUX DE TENSION<\/h2>\n<p>R\u00e9duction temporaire de la tension en dessous d&rsquo;un seuil pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en un point sp\u00e9cifique du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique (tel que d\u00e9fini dans la norme IEC EN 50160).<\/p>\n<p>Un creux de tension se produit lorsque la tension r\u00e9siduelle chute entre 90 % et 10 % de la tension nominale, avec une dur\u00e9e allant de 10 ms \u00e0 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart de ces interruptions durent moins d&rsquo;une seconde et ont une tension r\u00e9siduelle sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 40 % de la valeur nominale.<\/p>\n<h2>ORIGINE DES CREUX DE TENSION<\/h2>\n<p>Ces interruptions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement caus\u00e9es par des d\u00e9fauts dans le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique public ou dans les installations des utilisateurs, parfois par des surcharges transitoires dues au d\u00e9marrage de gros moteurs ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;ajout de charges \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
