THE CLOUD PLATFORM FOR MONITORING “VOLTAGE STABILIZERS”

Ortea Cloud replaces and completes “Stabimon”, the first monitoring software designed and developed more than ten years ago by Ortea Next.The platform is available both for the Sirius range and for the Orion Plus one.

The information collected is saved on the gateway, which stores it locally for a period of two months in case there is no connectivity. When the connection is restored, the information is synchronised on the platform.

THE PLATFORM GENERATES ALARM SIGNALS

 

  • on the status of the connection to the cloud
  • on the status of the connection to the voltage stabilizer
  • based on programmed thresholds being exceeded

The data the cloud platform receives is processed by an algorithm that:

  • generates alarm signals in real time based on dynamic rules
  • sends email notifications
  • stores telemetry and alarms in the database

The cloud platform shows the telemetry of the measurements received by each machine representing it as a time series. In this way, the user can analyse their behaviour by comparing even different measurements on the same graph, thus highlighting any anomalies.

Ortea Cloud therefore makes it possible to:

The platform is available both to the end customer and, using access credentials, to any person in charge of running the plant.

Ortea Next offers a direct monitoring service on demand, by interacting with the relevant technical team.

Once logged in with the parameters provided by Ortea, an intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard appears, with the list of stabilizers, if more than one, active in the cloud.

Ortea Cloud is offered in two versions: the basic version for Ethernet or the basic version + modem, should it not be possible to connect the stabilizer to a network.

Access to the platform is free for the first year and there are no additional costs for software licences and updates. At the first renewal, access will be ensured subject to payment of an annual/three-year subscription fee.
