THE NEED
The customer, for the realisation of a prestigious project for a large hotel in Qatar, needed to regulate a voltage with large input fluctuations.
OUR SOLUTION
Ortea made two very special Sirius model tension stabilisers. The customisation went beyond the customer’s specification, the power is 1600kVA for each machine and the input voltage regulation is extreme: ±40%.
These specifications entailed the construction of very large magnetic parts; in fact, the total weight of each machine is an impressive 11,700kg.
