Ortea Care is the service that enables you to keep your machine running smoothly through constant remote data analysis and maintenance planning.
Planning takes place in a preventive manner, in order to guarantee operational continuity for the customer and minimise idle times for any extraordinary maintenance work.
The service, which includes extended warranty, is valid for one year and, unless terminated by either party, is automatically renewed up to a maximum of 4 renewals.
Upon completion of the 5-year coverage, Ortea will produce a report on the state of the machine and recommend any interventions to be scheduled.
