Energy saving

Energy savings are achieved through the principle of voltage optimisation, a technique used to regulate energy from the national grid in a controlled manner. By lowering the voltage to an optimum level, it is possible to reduce the level of power absorbed by the system with the same performance.

The need to optimise the voltage arises from the fact that the energy as supplied by the grid operator has a voltage that fluctuates around a value (e.g., 410 V). This value is higher than what is necessary for the system and its machines to function properly. However, the grid cannot dynamically adjust the voltage to the consumers, and therefore supplies the energy with cautiously high voltage values.

Our Enersolve technology finds a solution to this technological limitation: once connected to low voltage, it induces a compensating voltage on the three phases independently, thus continuously and dynamically reducing the voltage value with which the energy goes to the consumers.

Energy quality

Energy quality, as well as energy efficiency, is of crucial and growing importance due to the increasing use of electronics and therefore increasingly delicate loads. According to a recent study by Leonardo Energy, the costs associated with power quality issues for industrial companies amount to up to 4% of turnover.

Enersolve stabilises the voltage to the consumers, thus protecting and extending the life of the most delicate equipment. In addition, optional modules such as power factor correction and EMI filters can be added on request.

Enersolve and Industry 4.0

Enersolve has a connection to Ortea XCloud, an advanced cloud platform that allows monitoring of all energy and performance parameters of the plant, including the savings generated.

Thanks to this connection, Enersolve has been certified as an Industry 4.0 asset and, if applicable, can benefit from the associated tax advantages.
