THE NEED
A major manufacturing company located in southern Italy was experiencing micro-interruptions. Companies in the agri-food sector, especially those operating on an international scale, must ensure the operational continuity of their production plants. In contexts where every unexpected shutdown can compromise the entire processing and preservation cycle, power supply micro-outages represent a concrete threat to productivity and profitability.
OUR SOLUTION
To eliminate micro-outages and ensure power stability in a strategic production line, an Oxygen Zero 500kVA system was installed. The choice of this equipment is no coincidence: it is a state-of-the-art device, designed by Ortea to act in real time on very short outages, without affecting the operation of sensitive loads.
The intervention concerned a single line as a pilot project, with the possibility of extending the solution to other production departments in case of positive results. A modular approach that demonstrates the versatility of Oxygen Zero technology for power continuity protection.
