In many industrial facilities across the region, three-phase distribution is commonly 480V. If the machine has been designed to operate at a different voltage, a reliable and properly engineered step-down transformer is required to adapt the local power supply to the load and installation environment.
In this project, developed together with a long-standing European customer specialising in packaging machinery, the transformer had to support a machine intended for a South American company producing packaging for the food & beverage industry.
