In the metalworking sector, rolling and steel processing are among the most energy-intensive processes. The production lines operate with high and highly variable electrical loads, generating continuous stress on the supply network.
In this context, the implementation of an energy efficiency system is no longer just a saving opportunity, but a competitive necessity to ensure the economic and environmental sustainability of industrial operations.
The goal was to optimize the supply voltage and improve the overall energy performance of the plant.
OUR SOLUTION
Ortea supplied two Enersolve ESL-10E 1600 kVA energy efficiency systems with the following benefits:

- Optimization of the supply voltage to reduce consumption and network losses
- Modular and scalable design, to adapt to plants of any size
- Advanced and continuous monitoring through integrated MID meters and the OrteaXCloud platform
- Remote management of operating parameters, including adjustment of the optimal voltage level
