THE NEED
One of our customers located in Bangladesh experienced considerable power quality problems with the loads installed in the production plant. In addition to voltage instability, the problems were caused by the phase inversion that occurs when restarting as a result of the frequent blackouts it is subjected to.
OUR SOLUTION
The voltage stabiliser proposed by Ortea Next is a 1000kVA Sirius model with ±30% regulation. In collaboration with our primary switch supplier, the design department engineers brilliantly solved the problem of phase inversion by adding two additional switches to the standard by-pass kit, which, by dialoguing with each other, allow the load to be fed with a phase sequence that is always correct.
