Ortea has delivered a special supply on behalf of a long-standing Canadian partner: a Sirius 800kVA voltage stabiliser with ±15% input range for a diplomatic facility in East Africa. The project required a fully customised solution for outdoor installation, with unique features designed for critical environments and high-security requirements.
TAILOR-MADE ACTIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTS
The voltage stabiliser was designed for outdoor operation (protection rating IP54) and to comply with specific customer requirements, including the absence of any visible or accessible external components.
All controls, displays, and switches were integrated inside the unit, ensuring maximum protection and operational safety.
SYSTEM DIVIDED INTO TWO CABINETS: LOGISTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL OPTIMISATION
To simplify shipping and on-site installation, the unit was delivered in two separate modules, each with a specific function:
- Regulation unit (Dimensions: 2100 x 1300 x 2100 mm, Weight: approx. 2000 kg)
- TPK bypass kit unit (Dimensions: 1900 x 1300 x 2100 mm, Weight: approx. 1000 kg)
This modular configuration enables optimal logistics and installation even in complex geographical areas.
