THE NEED
The local power grid was affected by frequent, fast voltage fluctuations. In a banking environment, even brief anomalies can affect operational continuity, data security, equipment reliability and user experience. The customer needed a technology offering very fast response, high accuracy and integrated protection.
OUR SOLUTION
Ortea supplied three Odyssey electronic static voltage stabilisers for indoor installation: one 1000 kVA unit and two 500 kVA units, all with 400 V input/output, ±15% input range, ±0.5% output stabilisation accuracy and 3xMCCB bypass kit. Static power-electronics technology provides millisecond-level response times without moving mechanical parts. For sensitive loads such as servers, security systems, communication networks and banking equipment, this configuration reduces exposure to sudden disturbances and improves the overall continuity of the infrastructure.
