Voltage fluctuations were causing sudden stoppages, PLC/drive resets, slow restarts and product waste-issues that can cascade along continuous production lines and impact OEE.
OUR SOLUTION
Ortea supplied five three-phase SIRIUS units (480V-60Hz) with ±15% input range and ±0.5% output accuracy: 2×250 kVA, 2×400 kVA, 1×800 kVA. The solution features true-RMS control with a multi-microprocessor architecture (DSP + “bodyguard” supervision), Ethernet connectivity (VNC screen replication) and MODBUS TCP/IP data exchange, plus preventive-maintenance-oriented features (roller diagnostics/OMR).
