ORTEA TRAINING FOR AN EXCELLENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE

In order to guarantee an after-sales service that is always closer to the customer, Ortea invests in the continuous training of its distribution channel technicians and customers through a Training programme, carried out at the company headquarters. This activity allows participants to obtain detailed information on our equipment, enabling effective and timely maintenance and repair work.

The agenda of our sessions is usually structured in two parts: theory and practice.

  • Theory Sessions: In these sessions, the features of Ortea’s products are explained, with a focus on design methodologies, operating principles and wiring diagrams. This information helps participants understand the design technique, improving their ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Practical Sessions: These sessions involve manual work on equipment, enabling participants to become familiar with operating procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting.

During the sessions, participants learn all the necessary notions for:

  • Verify the parameters on site to select suitable equipment.
  • Install, start-up and commission equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs.
